Anyone has the issue that some pages are missing in sitemap?

Hi,

Currently I have experienced some issues with Geta.SEO.Sitemaps on Boxon site. This third part nuget is verified by Episerver.

The nuget version:
Geta.SEO.Sitemaps.4.0.0
Geta.SEO.Sitemaps.Commerce.4.0.0

Issue 1:
Some pages are missing in the sitemap (http://integration.boxon.se/sitemap.xml)
One example -
http://integration.boxon.se/vart-erbjudande/etiketter-sparbarhet/etiketter/etiketter/, this link exists in the sitemap but not this one, http://integration.boxon.se/vart-erbjudande/etiketter-sparbarhet/etiketter/

Issue 2:
In Search engine sitemap settings, I have set up "Standard" for http://integration.boxon.com/Sitemap.xml. However , products are included in the feed also.
For example: http://integration.boxon.com/produkter/produktskydd/stotdampande/bubbelfolie-el-50cmx150m
