feat!: v10

BREAKING CHANGE: paginator-based message storage replaces
channel.state.messages and channel.state.last_message_at. The message
list, thread replies and pinned messages are now owned by
channel.messagePaginator, thread.messagePaginator and
channel.pinnedMessagesPaginator. OpenAPI-generated clients replace the
hand-written request/response types. See
