Add synonyms for conventional well-known languages/extensions

There many files with extensions that not appropriate for current implementation of GeSHi.
.sh = bash
.au3 = autoit
.cmd = bat
I use GeSHi in DokuWiki and there no straightforward way to add these extensions, therefore i have to go on tricks.
