Submission: Flip repository to public before deadline

Devpost requires public repo at submission. Currently private.

Acceptance criteria

• No secrets/keys/PII in git history (audit before flipping)
• LICENSE detectable at root ✅ (Apache-2.0 already)
• CONTRIBUTING.md reviewed
• README finalized
• Repo set public 24–48h before deadline (2026-06-11)

Pre-flip audit

• No secrets in history (git log -p | grep -iE 'api[_-]?key|secret|password|token')
• .env* in .gitignore
• Internal-only notes removed

Priority 4/5 — Public repo flip. Late-stage, just before submission window.

Recommended execution order: #3 → #2 → #8 → #9 → #10

Devpost deadline 2026-06-11. Target: submit 12–24h early (by 2026-06-10).
