[Bug]: Floorp causes excessive requests on https://archidekt.com/ resulting in error 429

Bug Summary

If you visit [ Archidekt.com ](https://archidekt.com/) and navigate around, the website will pretty quickly return "429 Too Many Requests"

I am not able to replicate this with Chrome and Firefox .

You may need to load a page for a deck to get enough assets to trigger it, though I often encounter the error just by logging in.

Reproduction Steps

1. Navigate to https://archidekt.com/
2. Log in and navigate to a page for a deck such as https://archidekt.com/decks/15431346/dont_blink
3. If the error does not occur try navigating to another page or refreshing.
4. Error 429 occurs

Expected Behavior

Page loads normally without triggering DDOS/spam protection error 429 and temporarily blocking the browser.

Actual Behavior

All pages load to error: "429 Too Many Requests"

I switched to Zen. Floorp is the only firefox based browser i've experienced this on.

Happens on few other sites as well, namely repack.me. There's something broken with this browser.

Can confirm, I have this exact problem with allegro.pl. It's weirdly consistent, I can always interact with the site exactly 3 times before it complains about too many requests.
If I remember correctly it was a problem on floorp 11 as well. Firefox works completely fine with this site.

I see in the network tab that Floorp is loading https://archidekt.com/manifest.json and all its content in a loop.
This can hit tight rate limits very fast.

Looks like disabling PWA via about:config (floorp.browser.ssb.enabled = false) is working.
No more infinite loading loops of PWA resources and no more 429 errors as long as you stick to normal browsing behavior.
