Add disclaimer that some links may be FT-internal

This is a public website/repo, but some links (e.g. the spreadsheet) can only be viewed by FT employees. we should include a disclaimer somewhere to make people aware of this. could be maybe an icon on the links with a tooltip? or in the footer?
