Timescaler.InjectStopwatch can fail on certain setups

The Hook constructor in Timescaler.InjectStopwatch throws an exception if Stopwatch.GetTimestamp is a native extern ("bodyless") method.

Note: commit 7bfe30e made it so it tries to hook Stopwatch.GetTimestamp, and if the hook attempt fails (i.e., throws an exception), it fails silently, thus rendering the timescale command functionless if that happens.

I have attempted to look into using NativeDetour as the Google AI suggested, but no matter what I try I cannot get it to successfully hook the Stopwatch.GetTimestamp method on my Linux setup.
