Set up auto-rules:
- spend_over: require approval for spend above threshold
- tool_blocked: require approval for specific tools
- destructive: require approval for delete/write actions
Approve or deny via API or the dashboard at haldir.xyz/dashboard.
Webhook notifications fire on new approval requests — integrate with Slack, Discord, or any HTTP endpoint.
