Instructions For Packaging Image For Booting From eMMC

Hi I recently purchased this board https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256811390880668.html and want to run your linux kernel on it. I managed to get it to compile after removing support for SATA using "make menuconfig" (was giving compile error) so now I want to know how to prepare a bootable image for flashing onto the eMMC using the PhoenixSuit tool?
