StrainInfo as a source of co-identical strain IDs

Masha has verified that LPSN is not planning to integrate the strain information at StrainInfo. We should consider this as a new source of co-identical strain IDs. This would include the following steps:

1. Determine how to obtain strain IDs from StrainInfo
2. Determine how many species would have additional strain IDs if we used StrainInfo
3. Make a decision if it is worth the additional complexity to incorporate this nomenclatural resource
