Hi all,
I'm getting a skani hash mismatch when running check_install with GTDB-Tk v2.7.2 and the r232 reference data. Everything else passes (pplacer, masks, markers, radii, msa, metadata, taxonomy all OK), but skani fails consistently.
I've downloaded the database twice now and get the same result both times, so I don't think it's a corrupted download. The MD5 of the downloaded tar also checks out fine.
Expected hash (from common.py): 00afba7b7e89a27e4d9aa9b4ce176550b56af09e
Actual hash: 9bdf21efb9af37474f8cfe174518659ea7a716a5
Is this a known issue with the r232 package? Has anyone found a workaround? I'm wondering if the hash in the code just doesn't match the actual r232 skani database files.
Thanks
