Deleting a room

When I delete a room, it is not fully deleted locally. Is that by design?
There should be an option to delete a room without files being left.

Thanks for the sharp observation, and you were right on both counts: it was by design, and that design was incomplete. Deleting a room only archived it. The room disappeared from Home but every file stayed on disk, which the confirmation admitted in passing without offering any alternative.

This is now a full lifecycle, shipped on the mainline and available on the next update:

• Delete permanently removes the room and everything that belongs to it from your machine: conversations, memories, its Files, schedules, and the room's working data outside its own folder. The confirmation states what the room holds in real numbers (including documents the room itself created, which exist nowhere else) and asks twice before doing something irreversible.
• Archive instead is now an honest choice rather than the silent default: the room leaves Home but keeps its files, and a new Archived rooms section on the Home screen lists parked rooms with Restore and Delete forever. Restoring brings the room back exactly as it was, and scheduled tasks resume at their next natural time instead of firing to catch up.

One deliberate boundary: your own workspace folders (project directories you granted a room access to) are never touched by deletion. They are your files, not the room's.

Thanks for pushing on this. It moved a known gap from our backlog to shipped.
