Constant blinking screen when building for desktop

Hi!

When building with an LLM for desktop, instead of just reloading the content the full windows restart.

For every single feature I add and llm save file there's a full reload cycle.
It's thousand of blinking windows at the end of a session.

The more complex the feature is the most it consume CPU and instant blink without even navigate.

Implement Suggestion

Reload on the content of the window frame and if possible debounce and offer a control to avoid useless rebuild.
