Missing `.claude-plugin/marketplace.json`

The plugin is currently missing from the Claude Code marketplace. This forces users to perform manual installations and reduces the visibility of this official Datadog integration.

Add a .claude-plugin/marketplace.json file to the repository root following thehttps://code.claude.com/docs/en/plugin-marketplaces#create-the-marketplace-file.

Describe alternatives you've considered

The only current alternative is manual installation via local paths, which is less user-friendly and limits adoption.

Additional context

Including this file will allow the plugin to be indexed.

This was resolved in PR #100 (commit 90b014b), which added .claude-plugin/marketplace.json to the repository.
