Notifications

Notifications should be stored on the User Dashboard.
The Notifications can be simple stuff this can be stored in the database and viewed on a separate page in the dashboard.

Notifications can be something like
UserA deleted Ticket -> send to TutorA on the ticket if Any
TutorB Resigned from Your Ticket -> sent to User on the ticket
