fix(website): 🖼️ update image paths to be relative for static assets

* Changed image source paths in `footer.tsx`, `hero-section.tsx`, and `layout.tsx` from `/`-prefixed to relative paths.
* Ensures compatibility with static site hosting environments where root-relative paths may not resolve correctly.
