Any ideas on how we can address the issue of being able to access users' private conversations?

Currently, we all have admin rights on the main server. We could remove those rights, but in the end, the founder of the server would still have access to the channels in which the users chat. I think some could perceive this as critical because we could just look up their conversations at any given moment.
