document virtual machine images

it would be very helpful to have a proper documentation of the vm images. content should be:

• operating system
• installed packages (with version if relevant)
• manually added files: here especially maybe datasets of publications (like zika corpus), added folders to the home directory etc. this should be documented in detail, so it can be reproduced or at least understood afterwards.
