I have a display issue with the text shown when hovering over an icon

Please look at the part where I pointed the arrow, that is where the text is shown which means I can't read it as the top bar covers it.

Yes the tooltips are clipping under other components and not respecting the viewport.

Will be resolved in 1.4.4!

Fixed in v1.4.4. Tooltips now use a body-appended popup with position:fixed and automatic viewport flip — they'll always render above other elements and stay within the viewport.
