Collect and present "further reading" links somehow

For _all_ of the content in the curriculum, there are interesting resources elsewhere (references, tutorials, videos, etc).

We should probably do this too, and work out how to present this in the curriculum.

We should also collect all of the links from the migracode syllabus, and from cohort-specific slack channels.
