User Story

As a User of the HealthCare RollCall UI
I'd like to have the ability to Link/Unlink multiple Contact-Facility relationships at a time
So that I can manage Contact/Facility relationships efficiently

Acceptance Criteria

• A Facility Can Link/Unlink 1 or more Contacts at the same time
• A Contact Can Link/Unlink 1 or more Facilities at the same time
• PR merged to master
