When a redstone signal is applied to it, the machine will place blocks in front of it. When the redstone signal is removed, it will retract the blocks into the machine once again. A maximum of 16 blocks can be placed by the machine.

The slot to the right in the GUI can be used to cloak the machine, using the texture from whatever block is placed in the slot.
