Removing Applicant #162
Description
Motivation
Currently considering there is both an Application - to store details about the potential prospect, Applicant (also to store details about the potential prospect) and User - used for authentication, as it stands now there is not much reason to have both an Application and Applicant at the same time.
Task
Move startDate and endDate fields from the applicant to the application. Refactor tests to use these fields and add those fields to the create DTOs for application.
Completely remove the applicant folder.
