Suibase - Add GraphQL support

Websocket support for Sui JSON-RPC is being deprecated. It is also disabled by default starting with Sui release 1.28

Goal
Suibase need to support GraphQL to replace websocket events subscription (which is being used in the incoming "Sui Network Viewer" feature of the VSCode extension).

Focus is shifting on building a free and pro tier gRPC. GraphQL will follow later.
