Purchase:

• Power supply 1500W 60V-25A, UL listed, LAN enabled (1 week lead time ARO, GEN 60-25-LAN)
• IR sensor (OPTCTL3MH3SF)
• Copper based AWG12 cables with high Tc, connectors, and how to solder
• Silicone (use the one in the lab probably) stopper or epoxies for cables to enable slight vacuum purging
• Slightly Thick Copper bars (will be drilled), screws, nuts, hand tapping, Tapping drill, spacer
• Welding mask
• AC Input cable for PSU
• Silver sheet or
• Silver paste(check if we still have one in lab, should be enough)
• Quick and slow fuse 20A, 10A, 15A, DIN Rail fuse container
• Connectors for the cable in front of tube furnace
• Adhesive DIN rails (PSU is outside)
• Wrap the remaining quartz surface with aluminum foil to reflect infrared (protect eyes)

Check and Test:

• Where to plugin the PSU, cable length
• Test rubber stopper and purging

Finalize design:

• All new installation hanging on tube furnace door
