Ability to set FFMPEG audio filter commands from Client

Would be useful to be able to set the FFMPEG audio filter commands from the CasparCG client.

Then one could use filters like loudnorm and pan, extremely helpful as server 2.2 no longer has channel-layouts

Would be even better if there could be a default that is applied to all videos so it doesn't have to be set per video.
