some street types not being parsed

Hi, it looks like some street types are not being parsed out of street names.

For example, the published ODA_PE.v1.csv file has a lot of entries where the str_name_pcs ends in (LN, CR, WY). Those appear to be street types but the corresponding srt_type_pcs value is empty.
