Initial Milestones

From xy-pic, we already know some issues (see qtutorial.tex). Those issues should be addressed first.
Migration from xy-pic to TikZ

The Engine

Travis: LaTeX -> translation into TikZ-comprehensible representation -> call TikZ (Ensures little change in user interface)

Jonathan: Move away from a table; user simply inputs text and we parse it into a file. Key point: labels define relations between things
