Tests failing on Aurora/Sunspot

With the latest 1ce514e from main I see some tests failing with LLVM19 and LLVM22 on Aurora/Sunspot:

The following tests FAILED:
        719 - Unit_hipMemcpy_KernelLaunch - int (Failed)
        720 - Unit_hipMemcpy_KernelLaunch - float (Failed)
        721 - Unit_hipMemcpy_KernelLaunch - double (Failed)
        725 - Unit_hipMemcpy_MultiThreadWithSerialization (Subprocess aborted)
Errors while running CTest

Prior to last week there was a 100% pass rate, so the fails are unexpected.
