Search All Units: Firefox-only issues

1. The select boxes on https://salmonpueblo.org/explore/units can be tabbed through with a keyboard, but I can't find a way to select any options with keyboard only. Expected behavior for a select list is to be able to navigate through the options using the up and down arrow keys, and select or deselect options using the spacebar (or return key or other key, depending on your browser).
2. There's a secondary issue where the screen reader is reading aloud some options as selected when they aren't actually selected.
3. Voiceover (in Firefox) skips all the text in the search results except for the <h3>.
