failed to install

I'm new to github, so apologies if this is obvious, but when I try to follow the stata installation instructions I get the following error:

It's not obvious to me why, but the install from github.io doesn't like the underscore at the start of the file name. The alternative syntax now at the bottom of the readme file installs the package successfully.
