Workspace settings page doesn't display branding logo

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login with an upgraded user
2. Create a test app
3. Click on the workspace after creating the app and open the settings modal
4. Click on Accounting and jump on the Branding tab
5. Upload a logo
6. Save
7. Close the modal
8. Check the logo icon on the top left
   Expected:
   The uploaded logo should replace the default Budibase icon
   Actual:
   Budibase icon remains on the page, even after navigation to another page and/or a reload.
