Switch to OpenXR

Switching away from the Oculus SDK over the OpenXR will allow us to support more devices (I believe), more research needs to be done.

A port to openXR would not be too difficult, I would have to look into it but I think some notable changes required would be:
The format of the player / the way player is setup
Input system

Input system would probably be the biggest change tbh, but not too sure.
Also yes, switching from OSDK to openXR would allow us to support more devices.
