Make Swift Style Guide more visible/easily accessible

Right now, the Swift Style Guide is mentioned at the bottom of the Code Style.md document. Given that the style guide will probably be the most-used component in these project standards documents (for BR engineers, at least), we should maybe consider moving it to the top and/or making a direct link to Swift Style Guide.md from the README.
