OOP DTARules #3
Description
DTARules are currently a functional class with linear evaluation.
For flexibility and future adaptablilty, this should use proper object-oriented S7 by having one parent DTARule class which is derived from
- create DTAFileInfo classes and derived classes
- rewrite validation to arrow Tab format in derived classes
- read in header types with types from DTAColumnSpecCollection
