CI/CD: Official Docker image on Dockerhub Registry

Summary

Would be great to have a:

• An official Docker Image for Bitgesell officially available at https://hub.docker.com/ registry for use in environments where continerization is ideal.

Hi @naftalimurgor perhaps a Bitcoin docker image (an example implementation here https://github.com/kylemanna/docker-bitcoind) could be forked and adapted to Bitgesell. Might be easier than starting from scratch.

I adapted https://github.com/kylemanna/docker-bitcoind for Bitgesell and published the Image at Dockerhub registry here: https://hub.docker.com/repository/docker/naftalimurgor/bgld

Submitted another small official Docker/onboarding cleanup under the bounty/improvement program:

PR: BitgesellOfficial/bgld-docker#1

Summary:

• updates README links from the original contributor fork to the official BitgesellOfficial/bgld-docker repo
• fixes a Bitgesell spelling typo
• fixes the documented test runner path from tests/run.sh to the actual test/run.sh

Validation:

• verified updated GitHub/raw links resolve
• ran shell syntax validation for scripts
• verified ./test/run.sh bgld-autopilot-test:latest works
• prior build validation: docker build -t bgld-autopilot-test .
