Implement javadoc for code under src/main/java

As part of my work, I'm probably going to leave some java-doc on classes, as I implement things. I would like you to come along and fill in any public methods or classes that do not have javadoc on them. Get in touch with me if you need explanations of what a given method or class does.

Optionally (but I'd really appreciate it), you can do package level documentation also.
