Initial Migration of wiki to docs

We need to migrate AutolabJS "User Documentation" section containing AutolabJS v0.2.0, AutolabJS v0.1.0. Part of it (v0.2.0 deployment on single machine) has been shifted.

Also move the expected coding standards to the docs

Follow the MkDocs tutorial to setup the docs locally.
