It would be useful for load balanced servers to be able to see the hostname that is being accessed when viewing the alaAdmin pages so that when we are setting status messages on one, we can know which one to go to next in the AWS Target Group.
We can't view alaAdmin directly on each server because the bounce through CAS comes back to the load balanced DNS name, and that could land on a different server. This is a temporary and hopefully small enhancement to help with that.
