Problem after local deployment: Only less than 1% of the code files were analyzed

I used a local repository and local Ollama for analysis. After over ten minutes of processing, a wiki was generated. However, upon reviewing the content, I discovered that only 12 random files were analyzed, including a readme.md file and two explanatory txt files. The project's development engineer confirmed that the generated content was indeed limited to these 12 files. Is there a file access limit?

It’s probably due to Ollama’s default very small context window.

please double check file extension included in ./api/data_pipeline.py :
e.g.: after add .cc and .hh for C++ project :
