Create Active Assignment Component

The goal of this ticket is to create the component that allows teachers and students to preview active assignments. This component should look different for teachers and students, however. Namely, only teachers should be able to see the amount of ungraded assignment submissions. Both user groups should be able to see the assignment title, the class it's for, and its due date + due time.

• Create the component ActiveAssignment.tsx that shows the above information
• These components should be under the "Active Assignments" section
