What's the status on the phase 2 crate? #444
Description
As per #441, we'll be consolidating this with the current phase 1 code—how much of phase 2 is recent, what do we need to keep?
The zexe_algorithms dependency is also expected when compiling with the wasm feature flag and it's currently broken as it can't find it. Couldn't find this dependency on crates.io, what is it?
