[IDEA] Create figures as vector graphics #11
Description
One way of doing this is:
cairo_pdf(paste0("Heatmap-G5", sfx, ".pdf"), pointsize = 12)
The PDF generated is a vector graphic.
Advantages:
- one can zoom in without loosing resolution
- one can highlight and copy&paste sampleIDs.
