Climate Rational Notebook V2

The Climate Rational notebook is one of the flagship notebooks of the Adaptation Atlas, but it also has some performance issues, and some of the plots are very difficult to interpret. This notebook should undergo a large refactor and re-write, stripping out unnecessary data requirements, guiding users to other notebooks for more information, and build on the recent learning from the Climate Rational work done within the team at the Alliance.

Some initial fixes and suggestions:

• Reduce the number of datasets to increase performance.
• Remove the histogram table at the end of the notebook
• Include NexGDDP data
• More documentation on data sources.
