The template student repositories have a very low (3/10) pylint score, surely part of the problem are the empty functions etc, but there is probably other things that can be fixed too (trailing whitespaces, variable names, unused imports, lack of docstrings...) .
I am not sure if this is the correct place to raise this issue, feel free to close it here and move it elsewhere.
