Issues with Study Download #133
Description
I try to download study entitled "300 signs", but the output is not ready for many days.
The study consists in repeating 300 LSE signs.
First, Inaki, the research assistant, tried to contribute to the study, and he told me that there is much less then 300 signs. So, I tried to download study results to see how many signs received responses (Study control -> Download; then go to Study downloads).
The platform told me that it started preparing files for download, but then it never finished preparation. I tried three times, twice on 11 of March and once on 19 of March (see screenshot).
