After flashing, Configuring Wifi/MQTT, Saving, Device goes dark.

Device flashed fine, I got the SomethingRemote-Setup AP, connected and configured. Device then seems to have connected briefly and then gone dark.

Home Assistant MQTT showed it briefly then went unavailable

I didn't take a screenshot of the Captive Portal but it seemed fine.

My network had the IP briefly then it went offline. All settings seem to have configured correctly but unsure where to go from here.

I don't think my wiring matters exactly, but including anyway.

I removed the MPU6050 from the setup and relied on the power button to wake and it effectively works perfectly at that point. Was able to BLE pair to an Nvidia Shield and my PC w/o issue as well as confirm MQTT works.

Reinstalled the MPU6050 and I'm back to the above situation where it falls off the network/doesn't wake up/permanently sleeping maybe?
