porting to latest structure.io SDK and iOS 9

Hi Nigel, 

I modified the Viewer Structure IO sample app and added your Scan Depth Render to it using the latest structure.io SDK and iOS 9.0. 

I would like to commit my changes, probably create a new repo. Are you okay I use your code in that repo, I will indicate that is using your project and provide link to it.
