Compiling for macos < v11

Hello, Olav,
first of all thank you for your time and efforts to create the FT2 clone!
I'm xperimenting with output buffer size to get better latency than with "Small" setting and need to compile for macos (I'm on mojave 10.14.6). The x86_64 compiles without problems, but after that the script fails to build for arm64 does not get to codesign etc part. So I suppose this is not a proper behaviour for macos v10.11-10.15 :

Hm, this is more annoying than I initially thought. But try this:

1. Clone the latest version of the FT2 clone repository
2. Edit make-macos.sh with the following content:

3. Make the script executable: chmod +x make-macos.sh
4. Delete release/macos/ft2-clone-macos.app
5. Clone https://github.com/8bitbubsy/ft2-clone/tree/v1.42/release/macos/ft2-clone-macos.app where the old .app used to be
6. Change the LSMinimumSystemVersion field in release/macos/ft2-clone-macos.app/Contents/Info.plist to 10.11
7. Delete release/macos/ft2-clone-macos.app/Contents/Frameworks/SDL2.framework
8. Download https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL/releases/download/release-2.32.8/SDL2-2.32.8.dmg and drag and drop SDL2.framework from inside it into release/macos/ft2-clone-macos.app/Contents/Frameworks/ and /Library/Frameworks/ on your Mac
9. Run the make script: ./make-macos.sh

I doubt this works, but the procedure would be something like this. It's a good starting point, at least!

still a crutch, but it compiled v1.97 with SDL 2.32.8 without complaints:

the only thing is that it did not assign an ft2 icon to the .app file for some reason, but that's ok
