libra node exits with telemetry error

Observed libra node exit (after running for several days) with this in the log/stderr:

Failed to flush telemetry: Disconnected

Since afaik we don't use remote logging, this has the feel of some code somewhere that buffers stuff in a channel that is never drained and eventually overflows and hard fails.

Whether or not this is the primary error, not clear. The process might be exiting already for some other reason and this weird message is not the primary cause.
